Why is my AlpicAir ACMI-28VRDC1A Air Conditioner not cooling properly?
    • M
      Michele VanceAug 5, 2025
Several factors can cause a poor cooling effect. The filter might be dirty, requiring cleaning or replacement. There could be too much heat in the room due to many people or other sources; try to reduce this heat load. Ensure doors and windows are closed to prevent warm air from entering. Check for blockages in the indoor unit's inlet and outlet and clear them. The temperature setting may be too high, so lower it. Finally, insufficient refrigerant, possibly due to leaks, can also cause this issue; in this case, check for leaks and recharge the system if needed.

What to do if my AlpicAir Air Conditioner won't start?
    • J
      Jenna MichaelAug 11, 2025
If your AlpicAir Air Conditioner doesn't start, first check the power supply connection to ensure it's properly connected. Then, inspect the circuit breaker, as it may have tripped due to a leakage of electricity. Also, test the input voltage to ensure it is not too low. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be a defect of the main PC-board, in which case you should contact an authorized service center.

Why doesn't the indoor fan start during heating in my AlpicAir ACMI-28VRDC1A Air Conditioner?
    • S
      susansmithAug 30, 2025
The indoor unit (IDU) fan might not start immediately during heating to prevent cool air from being delivered until the heat exchange becomes hot; wait until the heat exchange becomes hot. Also, during defrosting, the IDU fan may stop because the system switches to cooling mode to prevent cool air from being delivered; allow the system to complete the defrost cycle.
