  There could be several reasons why your AlpicAir Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating correctly. Check if the air intake or outlet of the indoor or outdoor unit is blocked and remove any obstructions. Ensure the temperature setting, fan speed, and wind direction are properly adjusted using the wireless or wired controller. Close any open doors or windows, and block direct sunshine with a curtain or louver. Reduce the number of heat sources in the room and clean the filter if it's blocked with dirt.

  If your AlpicAir Air Conditioner isn't running, first, ensure it's properly connected to a power supply. Check that the voltage is within the rating range. Replace the fuse or connect the breaker if it's broken or tripped. Replace the batteries in the remote controller if they're low. Make sure the remote controller is within an 8m control scope.
