If your AlpicAir Air Conditioner's cooling or heating isn't working well, consider these points: Is the set temperature appropriate? Is anything blocking the air inlet or outlet? Are the air filters clean? Are the windows and doors properly closed? Is the indoor fan speed set to low? Is there another heat source in the room?

What to do if there is water leakage in the room from my AlpicAir Split?
    • M
      moraleskellyAug 26, 2025
If you notice water leakage from your AlpicAir Air Conditioner into the room, it could be due to a few reasons. The air humidity might be too high, or condensing water might have overflowed. Also, check if the connection of the indoor unit's drainage pipe is loose.

Why is my AlpicAir Air Conditioner indoor unit not delivering air?
    • H
      hwernerAug 28, 2025
If the indoor unit of your AlpicAir Air Conditioner isn't delivering air in HEAT mode, it could be because the indoor heat exchanger temperature is very low (wait for up to 3 minutes). Alternatively, if the outdoor temperature is low or humidity is high, frost may form on the outdoor heat exchanger, causing the unit to automatically defrost for 3-12 minutes. During defrosting, water may flow out or vapor may be produced. In dehumidifying mode, the indoor fan may stop to prevent condensed water from vaporizing again.

What causes the noise from the indoor unit of my AlpicAir Split Air Conditioner?
    • E
      Evan CampbellAug 31, 2025
The sound you hear from your AlpicAir Air Conditioner could be the fan or compressor relay switching on or off. Alternatively, it may occur when defrosting starts or stops, due to the refrigerant flowing in the reverse direction.

Why is there moisture on the air outlet vent of my AlpicAir Split?
    • M
      Michael ParkSep 3, 2025

    • S
      sherrybestSep 5, 2025

    • S
