@ IGNITION “KEY-OFF” PAUSE
The
tape
disengages
from
the
tape
head,
capstan,
and
pinch
roller
when
the
ignition
is
turned
off,
but
it
remains
inside
the
cassette
compartment.
@ AUTO METAL
When
a
metal
cassette
tape
is
inserted,
the
tape
mechanism
automatically
adjusts
to
metal tape equalization.
@ TAPE PAUSE
When
activated,
the
tape
disengages
from
the
tape
head,
capstan,
and
pinch
roller,
but
remains
inside
the
cassette
compartment.
The
mode
switches
automatically
from
tape to radio.
@ AUTO TUNE SELECT SWITCH
This
switch
is
for
selecting
between
the
SEEK
and
MANUAL
Tuning
modes.
@ AUTO UP/DOWN SEEK
Automatically
tunes
to
the
next
higher
frequency
or
lower
frequency
and
locks
on
that
station.
@ PRESET ADDRESS
The
preset
number
is
displayed
in
the
LCD,
next
to
its
assigned
station
frequency
(in
Radio mode).
SELECTABLE FADER
This
system
allows
you
to
select
either
the
pre-amp
or
power
amp
fader
mode.
The
pre-amp
fader
controls
the
signal
level
in
the
pre-amp
stage
for
two
amplifiers,
and
the
power
amp
fader
balances
the
front
and
rear
speaker
sound
in
a
four-speaker
system.
