Operation Check
Note: For details on operation, refer to Owner's Manual.
1. Radio Operations
To be changed in order of FM1—FM2-AM, each time the BAND key is pushed.
To be changed in order of SEEK-~A.MEMO—->Manual SEEK, each time the TUNE key is pushed.
Check SEEK and Manuat SEEK operations using UP/DOWN keys.
Push D.A.P key for 2 sec. ...... D.A.P indicator should be turned on.
FM and AM can be memorized at random.
Check Preset status with keys 1 to 6.
Rotary Volume is pushed ......... DX indicator should be turned on.
MONO key on ................-. MO indicator should be turned on.
Check Auto Memory operation.
Push P.SCAN key for 3 sec .......... Stations memorized should be
scanned with indicators 1 to 6 blinking.
(10) Check Balance operation.
(11) Check Fader operation.
2. Tape Operations
FF check ............. Indicator blinking
REW check ........... Indicator blinking
Program check ....... Display should be check.
TAPE key on ......... Should be entered PAUSE Mode (indicator <][> )
a keyon ........... Tape should be ejected.

CD player should be entered play mode with T-01 indicator turned on when DISK key is on.
Check UP/DOWN of track number with FF/REW keys.
Check FF and REW operations by keeping to push FF/REW keys.
Check DISC switching with Rotary Volume is push.
Check MIX indicator and music order is changed at random with MIX key on.
Check PAU indicator and the operation with DISC key on.
Check the player enters PLAY mode when DISC key is on again.
Turn TAPE or TUNER key on and make sure the CD player enters PAUSE mode and
the unit enters TAPE or TUNER mode.
Check SCAN operation with the SCAN key on.
(10) Check RPT indicator and the operation with REPEAT key on.
(11) Push REPEAT key twice and check RPT. ALL indicator and the operation.
(12) Play back 9th program on A.BEX TEST CD TCD-782. Output L only.
(13) Play back 11th program on A.BEX TEST CD TCD-782. Output R only.
