Inputs and Outputs Overview
I/O Diagnostics provide real-time analog inputs, analog outputs, digital inputs, and digital
outputs on the FlexPitch machine. These screens are useful to verify the functionality of the
devices on the FlexPitch machine.
Analog Inputs
The Analog Inputs use an electronic device called a transducer
to examine and contrast air pressures used to leak test each
bottle. The transducers are monitored by the PLC, which in turn
provides viewable real time raw values and scaled values
viewable on the HMI.
Digital Inputs
The Digital Inputs provide real time
status of the digital inputs to the
FlexPitch. These screens are useful
to verify the correct functionality of the
devices on the FlexPitch machine.
Analog Outputs
The Analog Outputs provide a view of the raw values of the analog
outputs of the FlexPitch.
