How to Use Auto Self-Test
Follow the Steps below:
.
1. Select Auto Self-Test ON/OFF:
a. Turns yellow and indicates ON
b. Turns gray and indicated OFF
2. Select Alarm Mode
a. Warning machine will run on PASS
b. Alarm machine will stop on PASS
3. Select Self-Test interval
a. Number of containers per Self-Test
4. Counts to (go) to Auto Self Test
5.
Warning has occurred indicating which head
PASSED a bottle.
6. PASSED, means a leak was integrated into
the bottle but it PASSED anyway. The
bottle should have FAILED and been
rejected.
7. The Warning must be re-set before it can be
cleared
a. A warning or an alarm may be an
indication of a problem
i. Check test settings
ii.
Check station probe alignment
iii. Check correct orifice is
installed
8. Alarm must be re-set before machine can
run. Same as above except Alarm Mode will
stop machine.
