Check the oven is ON and in a call for heat. is the
cavity actual air temperature less than the oven
set point temperature?
No
Turn the oven or chamber on the place into a
call for heat. The set point temperature for
the chamber needs to be higher than the
actual temperature of the chamber.

Check the high-limit switch for the chamber(s)
not heating. Is it in the closed position?
No
Press the reset and retest the oven operation.
Yes
Check the facility’s supplied voltage and phase.
Does it match the oven’s data tag?
No
Correct any issues with the supplied voltage
and retest.
Yes
Check the voltage and phase at the main
disconnect. Does it still have the correct voltage
and phase?
Note: Too low of voltage will keep the fans and
heat off.
No
If the voltage or phase is different from what
you measured at the wall, then inspect the
length of the cord and plug for damage or
lose connections inside the plug.
Yes
Does the oven disconnect switch have the proper
voltage and phase coming out while in the ON
position?
No
Replace the disconnect switch.
Yes
Are circuit breakers 1, 2, and 3 closed?
No
If any breakers are open, inspect the heating
circuit for a short to ground or faulty
component. Repair any issues found, reset
the breaker, and retest.
Yes
Is there line voltage to the primary of the voltage
selection transformer?
No
Inspect the wiring to the voltage selection
transformer and repair any open or damaged
connections.
