The waterproofing feature is not permanent and may diminish over time. The touchscreen does not support underwater operations; if the band comes into contact with water, it should be wiped with a soft cloth to remove excess water from its surface before use.
To ensure the longevity of the device and prevent skin irritation, users should avoid using detergents such as soap, hand sanitizer, bath foam, or lotion for cleaning. These substances can leave chemical residues, corrode the device, or degrade its water resistance.
It is crucial to keep the product and the skin clean and dry to maximize comfort and prevent damage over time. This is especially important after exercise or any contact with liquids like sweat, soap, sunscreen, or lotions that might irritate the skin.
After wearing the device while bathing (if supported), swimming (if supported), or sweating, the device should be promptly cleaned and dried.

The device should not be placed in direct sunlight for long periods, as excessively high or low ambient temperatures can cause device failure.
