Slide the power button for 1
minutes until the screen flashes to
restart your Kindle.
Slide the power button
up to 30 seconds and
then release to wipe user
data and go back to
factory defaults.
2. Restart/Reset Kindle Keyboard
1 Restart Kindle Keyboard
Method 1 Slide the power button for 15 to 30 seconds, and your Kindle will
reboot automatically. Please note your kindle will go blank for a few seconds, and
it will restart itself in a 1 or 2 minutes.
Method 2 Press the Menu button>>Settings>>then press the Menu again and
you'll see the restart kindle show in the drop-down menu.
2 Reset Kindle Keyboard to factory
Press the Menu button>>Settings>>then press the Menu button again and
"Reset to Factory Defaults" will appear. Just navigate to it to reset your Kindle
keyboard to factory settings.
