7.7 Check tensioning of V-belts
Check all drive belts regularly for correct tensioning and damage.
Change damaged belts!
The main drive belt leading from the engine to the drive shaft can be
adjusted by a setting nut.
To retighten the belt:
• unblock the locknut (ill. 31)
• turn to the left the setting nut
• block the locknut (ill. 32)
