− Only use the multi-slicer when it is fully and correctly
assembled.
− Always switch the multi-slicer off and unplug the cord
before you change or remove any accessories.
− Switch off the multi-slicer and disconnect from power
supply before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
− Always disconnect the multi-slicer from the power
supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassemblilng or cleaning.
− Only use the presser provided to push ingredients down
the filling tube of the multi-slicer. Do not use hands.
− Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher.
WARNING!
Risk from poor hygiene!
Salad is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria (e.g. salmonella).
Pay attention to the hygiene during the preparation.
− Always check that all work equipment is absolutely clean.
− Wash your hands regularly before and during food
preparation.
− Once made, salad should be eaten without delay.
− Before and after each use, the main unit and all parts of
the multi-slicer must be cleaned thoroughly as described
in the chapter “Cleaning”.
− Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food, refer to the chapter “Cleaning”.
