  Several factors can affect the cooling performance of your Amcor Air Conditioner. Ensure the unit isn't in direct sunlight by closing curtains. Check that windows and doors are closed to keep heat out, and reduce the number of people or heat sources in the room. Also, make sure the filter is clean or replaced, the air inlet and outlet are free from blockages, and the room temperature isn't lower than the selected temperature (try setting it to the lowest possible setting: 62°F).
