Fixture Mounting

Fixture Stud Projection

Fixture studs should project 1-7/8" (48mm) from the face of the finished wall.

Installation Steps

Back-up Nut Adjustment

Adjust back-up nuts on bottom bolts and top left bolt. Ensure front faces of lower nuts are flush with wall.

Waste Horn Projection

Adjust waste horn to project 5/16" (7mm) from the finished wall.

Top Back-up Nut Alignment

Align top left back-up nut vertically with lower left nut for a minimum 1/16" gap.

Bearing Nut and Washer Setting

Set bearing nuts/washers to load fixture, allowing 1/16" clearance between fixture and wall.

Helper Assisted Installation

Helper installs bowl with cap nuts and fiber washers. Avoid tightening top right nut until others are secure.

Sealant Application

Apply sealant to the gap between the bowl and finished wall, then remove excess.

American-Standard One-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Covers defects in materials or workmanship within one year of installation. Excludes local code compliance.

Warranty Exclusions

Void if product is moved, subjected to abuse, faulty maintenance, or not installed per instructions.

Limitations on Damages

Excludes labor, installation costs, and incidental/consequential damages.

Service and Claims

Claims should be made through the contractor or dealer, or submitted to American Standard.
