A: Please use wipe for lens or glasses to completely clean
the lens. Any dust, oil or fingerprint will cause these
kinds of issues.
Q: When using the parking mode, should I connect
the camera to another power supply?
A: Yes. The camera’s battery is too small to support long
time job, you’d better power it by another
uninterruptible power supply so the parking monitor
can keep your car under surveillance. If you have an
external power bank for cellphone, it will work fine.
Q: When connecting to TV, there is no image on TV
screen.
A: Please make sure the HDMI cable is correctly
connected, and the camera is charged by a power
supply at the same time, also the TV is switched to
correct HDMI mode.
