Helpful hints and ps
Unlike ordinary cake mixes it is best to use a thicker baer; this will help with the
rising process. To create thicker baers simply decrease the amount of water and
milk in your recipes accordingly. The Andrew James recipes that have been
provided already take this into consideraon.
Rather than using the Andrew James recipes provided you can buy a simple cake
mix from the supermarket and add avourings such as lemon juice, rind and
vanilla extract. Experiment with dierent ingredients to suite your taste.
