With the two recipes provided you can add dierent ingredients into the mixture
to come up with new excing cakes.
Classic Victoria sponge
(Serves close to two batches)

1. Beat the caster sugar and buer together.
2. Add the eggs individually making sure you mix aer adding each egg.

5. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
There are many dierent variaons to this recipe for example before compleng
stage two of the recipe add in 2 tsp of vanilla extract, juice of half a lemon with
the rind or various ingredients to suite your taste.
