If you wish to prolong the me it takes to grill on the raclee simply reduce
the temperature by turning the selector knob to your required posion
Assembling and using the appliance
1. Remove all packaging from the raclee.
2. Place the raclee top on the 4 resng prongs around the heang element.
The resng prong should be hidden underneath raclee grill/top. Ensure
that it is correctly assembled before use.
3. Plug the appliances cord into the electrical socket and turn the heat to max.
Pre-heat the raclee for 5 minutes.
4. Add a thin layer of oil to the raclee grill/stone/raclee pans.
5. During the pre-heang me, prepare the ingredients for the raclee pans
and place them into the individual pans (refer to recipes in manual).
6. Aer the pre-heang period is over, reduce the heat to the required cooking
temperature. Place the ingredients on top of the raclee and/or place the
pans underneath the heang elements.
7. Aer the required cooking, switch the appliance o and remove the plug
from the socket.
8. Allow the appliance to fully cool before beginning the cleaning process, refer
to “cleaning and maintenance”.
Suggesons for cooking on the grill plates
A variety of foods can be cooked on top of the grill. Meats and vegetables are ideal
to grill on top of the raclee in addion to this it is possible to fry eggs and cook
omelees on the grill plate. Cung the food into smaller porons will reduce
cooking mes and make the process a lot easier.
Sauces, salads and French breads provide a great accompaniment to grilled foods.

dierent textures and avours.
