THERMAL SAFETY CUT-OUT
This appliance is fitted with a safety cut out, which will operate
if the heater overheats (eg, due to blocked air outlet). For safety
reasons, the heater will NOT automatically reset. To reset the
heater, disconnect the heater from the power outlet. Let the
heater cool down before reconnecting the heater to the power
outlet and switching it back on.
WARNING: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertently resetting
the thermal cut out, this appliance must not be supplied through an
external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that
is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
SAFETY TIP OVER SWITCH
The heater comes equipped with a safety tip over switch. It will cut
off the power due to accidental knocking over.
