components to stop working.
Never use the dehumidier without a
lter – dust and impurities will reduce
the performance of the dehumidier.
STORAGE
If the dehumidier is not going to be used for
some time:
1. Switch o the dehumidier, and empty
the water container after one day.
2. Clean the dehumidier, the water
container and the air lter.
3. Wind up the power cord and secure with
the strap.

4. Cover the dehumidier with a plastic bag.
5. Store the dehumidier upright in a dry,
well-ventilated area.
NOTE:
Undo the screw on the lid of the water
container before cleaning and replace it
afterwards.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The troubleshooting guide is used to determine
the causes of common problems and how they
can be rectied. Contact your dealer if you
experience a problem that is not included in
this troubleshooting guide.
THE DEHUMIDIFIER WILL NOT
START
The plug is not properly plugged into the
power point.
The fuses have tripped.
The set target humidity has been reached,
or the water container is full.
The water container is not properly inserted.
THE AIR IS NOT DEHUMIDIFYING
PROPERLY
The dehumidier has not been working
long enough.
The air ow to the dehumidier is blocked
by furniture or curtains, etc.
The target humidity is set too high.
Doors, windows etc. have not been
closed.
The room temperature is too low (lower
than 5°C).
Something in the room is emitting
moisture.
THE DEHUMIDIFIER IS MAKING A
LOT OF NOISE
The air lter is blocked.
The dehumidier is tilted.
The surface is not horizontal.
FROST ON THE EVAPORATOR COILS
This is quite normal. The dehumidier defrosts
automatically.
WATER ON THE FLOOR
Leakage from the hose or connection.
A hose is not connected, but the rubber
plug has not been inserted.
