Why AOG Grill has insufficient heat?
    • W
      Wanda WilliamsJul 27, 2025
Several factors can cause insufficient heat or low flame in your AOG grill. The burner ports might be clogged, or the air shutters may need adjustment. If you're using propane, ensure you're not using a natural gas orifice and that your propane tank isn't low. For propane issues, try resetting the propane tank safety by shutting off all valves and following the lighting instructions exactly. If you're using natural gas, have a qualified technician check the gas supply and pressure. Also, inspect the L.P. regulator hose for cracks if you are using L.P.

What to do if my AOG T series Grill ignition system fails?
    • V
      Vincent Decker IIAug 3, 2025
If your AOG grill's ignition system fails, first, retry lighting it. If it continues to fail, several issues could be the cause. The air shutters may need adjustment, or there might be low gas pressure, which requires a check by the gas company. The front carry-over port may need cleaning. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be due to an igniter malfunction or valve issue, in which case you should contact your dealer for replacement.

      Michael LeachAug 10, 2025
Uneven heating in your AOG grill can occur if burner ports are partially blocked by debris. Remove the burners and clean out the ports to resolve this. Also, inspect the burners and orifices for spider webs or other obstructions. Improper air shutter adjustment can also cause uneven heating, so ensure that you adjust the air shutter.
