6.) Disk errors
D. The computer is not connected to the Internet.
For some computers, they need to use the Internet
to identify the device, so just restart the computer
and connect the device again.
Turn off the device. Connect your device to a
Windows system computer. It will automatically
prompts you to format the disk to return to its normal
state.
Note: If you are using a MAC computer, please contact
our customer support. Reformatting on a MAC computer
requires different options.
E. When entering the charge-only mode, do not
press any button while connected to the computer
