Safety
Do not exceed the carrying capacity of 800 lbs. Doing so could result in property damage or per-
sonal injury.
The truck rack adds more weight to your vehicle and raises the center of gravity when loaded. Use
caution when making sharp turns to prevent product damage, cargo loss, or the vehicle from rolling
over.
Ensure the cab hoop does not come in contact with the truck cab to prevent property damage.
Use su󰀩cient tie-down straps when transporting cargo on the truck rack (sold separately).
Not for use with step-side trucks.
Be sure all nuts and bolts are tight on a regular basis and no foreign objects are preventing the
rack from sitting or working properly.
Scratches and dents should be inspected to ensure full usability and exposed metal should be
touched up/painted to deter rusting.

Slide Front Bar onto Side Rails

Slide the front bar (D) onto the front bar side rails (B) as the first assembly step.

Slide Center Bar onto Side Rails

Slide the center bar (E) onto the front side bar rails (B) during assembly.

Attach Cab Hoop

Secure the cab hoop (A) to the front side bar rails (B) using specified hardware.

Attach Front Legs

Slide the front legs (G1, G2) onto the front side bar rails (B), ensuring tie-down cleats face outward.

Attach Rear Side Rails

Connect rear side rails (C) to front side bar rails (B) using brackets and hardware.

Attach Back Legs and Rear Bar

Install back legs (G3, G4) and rear bar (F), securing with turn knobs (J).

Secure Legs and Bars

Finalize assembly by securing legs and bars with the specified hardware.

Attach Mounting Feet

Secure mounting feet (H1-H4) to the legs (G1-G4) using M16x85 hardware.

Installation on Truck

Measure and Adjust Legs

Measure truck bed and adjust rack legs to appropriate positions before installation.

Position and Tighten Rack

Position rack on bed rails, align legs, and fully tighten M16x85 bolts.

Secure J-Bolts or Permanent Mount

Secure rack using J-Bolts or drill for permanent mounting to bed rails.
