SAFETY
PROCEDURES
Tires
should
be examined
carefully
during
each
stop. As
a flat tire on
rear
dual wheels
may not
be readily
noticed,
it
is advisable
to strike
each
tire with
a heavy
object
to insure
inflation.
A flat
tire on rear
dual
wheels
will
usually
result
in
reduced
vehicle stability.
If
this should
oc-
cur,
examine
tires
immediately.
You
may cautiously
proceed
to
a ser-
vice center
with
a
single
flat tire at
the rear
if speeds
are
substantially
reduced.
CA UTION:
Driving
with aat rear tire can result in extreme heat
build
up which may create a fire hazard. Under such conditions,
do not drive for extended periods
of time or at speeds
in ex-
cess
0f30
MPH.
