To fold, begin by locating the safety ring and
turn it clock-wise to unlock the folding lever.

Attach the hook on the stem to the locking ring
located at the end of the deck, near the foot
rest and the rear wheel. Attacth the hook to the
locking ring.
Place the safety pin back in the designated
location. Make sure to push it all the way in.
Fold the stem all the way down.
Next, hold the stem in place with one hand
and with your other hand pull down the folding latch.
Identify the safety pin and pull it out to release
the safety mechanism.
