b. Make sure that the sensor tip (cone) is clean and free from soap scum and residue.
c. Make sure LED6 and LED7 are lit up on the PC Board.
d. Make sure there is power to the unit. Check GFI and all circuit breakers.
e. If all these items check to be ok, call Apollo customer service for further assistance at
715-247-5625.
5. COMPRESSOR RUNS CONTINUOSLY AND WILL NOT SHUT OFF.
a. Make sure there are no broken or cracked tubing (located behind front collar and left
front side of tub).
b. Listen for a noticeable air leak.
c. Check all fittings for leaks by spraying them with a soapy water solution and check
for air bubbles.
d. Check condensate drain valve, located on the bottom of the air compressor for leaks
with a spray of soapy water solution.
e. If all these items check to be ok, call Apollo customer service for further assistance at
715-247-5625.
6. BREAK DOWN FO PC BOARD OPERATIONS AND LED INDICATOR LIGHTS.
See picture of pc board on page 4 for reference.
a. When the tub is plugged into an electrical outlet, the compressor will start and build
approximately 125 pounds of pressure in the compressor holding tank.
b. With the tub door in the down position and there is power to the unit LED5 and
LED4 should be lit RED.
c. When the door operate switch is pushed down (depressed) the green, light on the
switch should illuminate. The tub door will raise and clamp to make a water-tight
seal. LED5, LED3, and LED2 should be lit RED.
d. With the drain in the closed position, begin filling the tub with water. The water must
comple
tely cover the upper whirlpool sensor before the whirlpool pump will run.
Once water has risen above the whirlpool sensor, LED5, LED3, LED2, LED6, and
LED7 should be lit RED. Then push the whirlpool air button to turn on the
whirlpool. LED5, LED3, LED2, LED6, LED7, and LED1 should be lit RED.
e. When bathing has finished, rotate the drain knob to empty the tub of water. When the
tub has finished emptying, push the green pushbutton switch to unclamp and lower
the door. When door is down LED5, and LED4 should be lit RED.
