Why won't my Appion G5Twin machine start?
    • R
      Richard ClarkJul 27, 2025
Your Appion Accessories machine might not start due to several reasons. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in and the outlet has power. Try a different outlet to rule out power issues. Additionally, the machine could be in High Pressure Shutoff, or the motor may be in Thermal Overload, requiring time to cool down.

What to do if my Appion Accessories machine pumps into high pressure shutoff?
    • L
      Luke YoderAug 4, 2025
If your Appion Accessories machine is pumping into high pressure shutoff, verify that all valves on the machine are fully open, pointing upward. Also, ensure the valve on the recovery cylinder is completely open. Inspect the output hose for any blockages and remove any core depressors that might be present.

Why does my Appion Accessories machine make a humming sound but not start?
    • T
      Travis PaulAug 11, 2025
If your Appion Accessories machine makes a humming or buzzing sound but doesn't start, it could be due to low voltage at the power source. Try a different power outlet. It may also be caused by voltage drop in the extension cord. Another possibility is too much back pressure on the compressor. Try starting the machine with the Input Valve closed to reduce this back pressure.

How to fix slow liquid pumping in my Appion G5Twin machine?
    • R
      roger54Aug 19, 2025
If your Appion Accessories machine is pumping liquid slowly, there might be flow restrictions on the input side. Use 3/8” hoses and remove "Schrader" valve cores and core depressors. Check that the blue Input Valve on the machine is fully open, pointing upward. Trapped liquid in the system can also cause slow pumping. Cycle the system compressor for a few seconds to move trapped liquid, check for condensation on the system and at hose fittings, and apply heat as needed.
