Downloading Setup Parameters and Replacing
the CRT/Video Board
Caution:
The USB Display Service Utility (USB DSU)
version 1.1 is not backward compatible with version 1.0
parameter files. So a Parameter Settings MBY file that is
created by version 1.0 will not be recognized by version
1.1. To avoid loss of data, use only one version of the USB
DSU.
The following steps show the procedure for
• Creating (downloading) a parameter settings file
• Duplicating the parameter settings file
• Replacing the CRT/video board
• Writing (uploading) the parameter settings
