REPLACING THE FRONT AND
REAR DIRECTION INDICATOR
BULBS
Carefully read page 64 (BULBS).
u Place the vehicle on the stand.
u Unscrew and remove the screw (1).
NOTE While removing the protection
screen, proceed carefully in order not to
break the cog.
u Remove the protection screen (2).
u Remove the amber lens (3).
NOTE Make sure that the protection
screen locates correctly into its seat on
refitting.
Tighten the screw (1) moderately and
carefully, to avoid damaging the protection
screen.
u Press the bulb (4) slightly and rotate it
anticlockwise.
u Extract the bulb (4) from its seat.
NOTE Insert the bulb into the bulb
holder, so that the two pins slide into the
slots in the holder.
u Fit a new bulb of equal rating.
NOTE If the bulb holder (5) comes off,
refit it into its seat so that the slotted
opening of the holder matches the hole for
the screw.
CHANGING THE TAIL LIGHT BULB
Carefully read page 64 (BULBS).
u Place the vehicle on the stand.
u Release and remove the two screws (6).
NOTE While removing the protection
screen, proceed carefully in order not to
break the cog.
u Remove the protection screen (7).
u Press the bulb slightly and rotate it
anticlockwise.
u Extract the bulb from its seat.
NOTE Insert the bulb into the bulb
holder, so that the two pins slide into the
slots in the holder.
u Fit a new bulb of equal rating.
NOTE Make sure that the protection
screen locates correctly into its seat on
refitting.
Tighten the screw (6) moderately and
carefully, to avoid damaging the protection
screen.
