Safety Warnings
•Yourfanshouldbeusedinsuchawaythatitisprotectedfrommoisture,e.g.condensation,
splashedwater,etc.Donotplaceorstoreyourfanwhereitcanfallorbepulledintowateror
anyotherliquid.
•Standthefanonastable,levelsurfaceduringuse.Donotallowyourfantositontopofthe
mainscable.
•Donotremoveanyxedcovers.Neverusethisapplianceifitisnotworkingproperly,orifit
hasbeendroppedordamaged.Alwayscontactaqualiedtechniciantocarryoutrepairs.If
themainscableisdamageditmustbereplacedbythemanufacturer,itsserviceagent,or
similarlyqualiedpersonsinordertoavoidahazard.
•Ifthefanisknockedoverduringuse,turnotheunitandunplugitfromthemainssocket
immediately.
•Donotoperateyourfaninthebathroom.
•Donotusehazardouschemicalstocleanorcomeintocontactwiththefan.Neverattemptto
usethefanwithoutthebasepartsassembledorinahorizontalposition.
•Thisappliancecanbeusedbychildrenagedfrom8yearsandaboveandpersonswithreduced
physical,sensoryormentalcapabilitiesorlackofexperienceandknowledgeiftheyhave
beengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseoftheapplianceinasafewayand
understandthehazardsinvolved.Childrenshallnotplaywiththeappliance.Cleaningand
usermaintenanceshallnotbemadebychildrenwithoutsupervision.
