  Cable tangling can occur for several reasons. The cable might not be spread evenly in the water; ensure it enters near the middle of the pool and is free of kinks or coils. Smooth brushes or a full/dirty filter canister can also cause tangling, so replace the brushes if needed and clean the filter canister. If the floating cable is excessively coiled or kinked, spread it out, avoid tight wrapping during storage, and lay it straight in the sun to relax it.
