• When correctly installed, the filter is watertight up to an operating pressure of more than 0,5 bar. The power supply must be
equipped with a residual current device not exceeding 30 mA.
Assembly of the hose tail/caps
Slide the union nut over the black hose tail, insert the flat seal into the union nut and screw it onto the water inlet hose tail and
the water outlet hose tail. Screw the sealing caps with flat gasket onto the cleaning outlet.
Connecting the water supply
Connect the pump to the hose tail with the arrow pointing to the filter. Use a tube diameter that equals the diameter of the
pump outlet. Cut off the unused parts of the hose tail.
Connecting the water outlet
The hose tail with the arrow pointing away from the filter is the outlet to the pond. Connect a suitable hose to the largest
diameter of the outlet and cut off the other diameters. To prevent the hoses from coming loose, attach hose clamps.
Connecting to the cleaning connection
To permanently connect a drain hose to the cleaning connection ("Clean"), unscrew the cap from the cleaning connection
("Clean"), mount the third hose tail and connect a suitable hose. During filter operation, the cleaning connection or a drain hose
connected to it must always be sealed with a cap and an applied flat gasket as a safety precaution in case the function switch is
inadvertently set to "Clean".
Never operate the unit without a water supply or without a pump lter.
