How to fix an AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer that will not turn on?
    • L
      Luis HarperJul 30, 2025
If your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer won't turn on, first ensure it's in the “OFF” position. Then, plug the electrical cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet, avoiding extension cords. If the plug doesn't fit, the outlet may not be properly grounded; try another outlet. If issues persist, try plugging into another electrical outlet and repeat the above procedure. If it is still not working, call Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112.

What to do if my AR Blue Clean BC390HSS Pressure Washer turns on for 2 seconds then shuts off?
    • R
      Ronald FloresAug 6, 2025
If your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer turns on for a couple of seconds and then shuts off, it's likely priming the pump. Ensure the water is connected and accessories are correctly assembled, then turn the power switch off, hold the spray gun trigger to allow a steady stream of water, and simultaneously turn the power switch back on.

Why is water leaking from the high pressure hose connection on my AR Blue Clean BC390HSS?
    • D
      David GibsonAug 14, 2025
If you notice water leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer, ensure that there is an o-ring at the end of the metal tip of the high pressure hose. If the o-ring is missing, this can cause leakage. An O-Ring Replacement Kit (L) was included with your purchase. You can find additional O-Ring Kits online at www.arblueclean.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112 to place an order.

What to do if my AR Blue Clean BC390HSS is running but there is no water flowing?
    • H
      herbertpeckAug 21, 2025
If your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer is running but no water is flowing, avoid damaging the motor by ensuring the power is off until water flows through the spray gun. Check the water source. Remove the nozzle from the lance to see if the clog is coming from the nozzle (refer to nozzle cleaning instructions). Detach the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify if the lance is the issue.
