How to fix AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer that will not turn on?
    • S
      santanajohnAug 5, 2025
If your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer won't turn on, ensure the power washer is in the “OFF” position. Plug the electrical cord into a grounded 120 volt outlet without using an extension cord. If the electrical cord doesn't fit, your outlet isn't properly grounded and should not be used; try another outlet. If it still doesn't work, try another electrical outlet and repeat the process. If issues persist, call Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112.

What to do if AR Blue Clean AR 390 SS Pressure Washer turns on for 2 seconds then shuts off?
    • M
      Michelle FlemingAug 13, 2025
It sounds like your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer is working as intended. When properly assembled and connected to a water source, it may briefly turn on to prime the pump. It will then automatically shut off, waiting for you to press the spray gun trigger. Pressing the trigger initiates water flow, which the water sensor detects, automatically turning the power washer back on. You can also try turning the power switch off, holding the trigger on the spray gun to ensure a steady water stream, and simultaneously turning the power switch back on.

Why is my AR Blue Clean AR 390 SS leaking water at the hose connection?
    • A
      Anthony RomanAug 20, 2025
If water is leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer, ensure that there is an o-ring at the end of the metal tip of the high pressure hose. If the o-ring is missing, it will cause a leak. Use the provided O-Ring Replacement Kit (L) or order additional kits online at www.arblueclean.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112.

What to do if AR Blue Clean AR 390 SS runs, but there is no water flow?
    • S
      Scott EvansAug 27, 2025
If your AR Blue Clean Pressure Washer is running but no water is flowing, ensure that power is off until water flows through the spray gun to prevent motor damage. Check the water source, and examine the nozzle by ejecting it from the lance to see if a clog is present. If so, follow the nozzle cleaning instructions. Remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify lance issues. Inspect the Garden Hose Adapter for loose connections and the filter for any debris.
