Also, verify that your display is set to the correct HDMI input and that the HDMI input on both the receiver and display are enabled. If the issue persists, use an alternative video display and check that the ‘Video Resolution’ in the Set-up menu is set to ‘Auto’. Finally, ensure your display device supports the output formats from the Arcam Receiver.

Then, turn off both the receiver and the connected display device. Turn the display device back on first, followed by the Arcam Receiver. You should see the Arcam Receiver's idle logo on the screen. If not, refer to the troubleshooting steps for a blank screen.
