Problem:
“DC-Offset” is flashing on the display
Cause:
There is an internal error
Solution:
Switch off the device and wait a few minutes. Switch the device on again. If “DC-
Offset” continues to flash on the display, please get in touch with an authorized arcus
service partner.
Problem:
Device switches on, but display remains dark
Cause:
Display brightness is on “Off”.
Solution:
Press the Display button in order to adjust the brightness.
Problem:
Device does not react to commands from the remote control
Cause:
Batteries are too weak. Infrared sensor on the amplifier is obstructed
Solution:
Change batteries in the remote control.
Remove object that is blocking the sensor.
