If your Arden Heat Pump shows an E03 error, indicating a water flow issue, take these steps: First, ensure the pipeline valve is fully open to allow clear water flow. Next, check if the water flow switch is correctly installed and is the right model. Also, verify that the connection line of the water flow switch is correctly inserted into port D13 (white). Then, check if the circulating water pump is functioning normally and that the water system isn't blocked. After that, inspect the water pump's head and flow to ensure they're sufficient; if not, consider adding a hot water auxiliary pump. Finally, check whether any external auxiliary pump is working in reverse.
