Insert handlebar into frame, ensuring minimum insertion mark is not visible.
Ensure handlebar is straight, brakes face forward, and tighten stem bolt.
Insert saddle into frame, ensuring minimum insertion mark is not visible.
Lock the saddle in position by turning the bolt clockwise with an Allen key.
Remove nut from fork top bolt and screws from fork feet, leaving bolt in place.
Feed mudguard through fork, attach to top bolt, and screw to fork feet.
Release brake cable, turn bike upside down, remove nuts and washers, place wheel in fork.
Install basket bracket, insert washers, tighten fixings, and reconnect brake cable.
Ensure stem basket bracket faces front and cables are clear of obstruction.
Align basket plate holes with frame bracket, insert screws and washers, tighten nuts.
Fit correct left/right pedals to matching sides, screwing anti-clockwise (left) and clockwise (right).
Fully release securing screws for bell, red reflector, and white reflector.
Wrap bell on handlebar for easy reach, white reflector near centre, red reflector on saddle post.
Replace and tighten securing screws using a cross-head screwdriver.
Ensure saddle and handlebars are at a comfortable position and fully tightened.
Regularly check tyre pressures; recommended pressures are marked on the tyre side.
Check all bolts and fixings are tight and secure before every ride.
Check brake functionality before every ride for safety.
