TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE CORRECTION
Engine will not
crank/start.
1. Safety interlock system
is not engaged or is
faulty.
1. Check safety interlock system. See
Safety Interlock System on page 14.
2. Fuel tank is empty. 2. Fill fuel tank. See FILLING FUEL TANK
on page 17.
3. Discharged battery. 3. Charge battery. See Charging the
Battery on page 27.
4. Poor connection
between battery and
battery cables.
4. Tighten battery cables and/or clean
battery and battery cables.
