  The coffee may not be flowing properly from your ARIETE Coffee Maker because the filter containing the ground coffee may have blocked holes. Clean these holes using a small brush or a suitable tool. You can also let boiling water run through the filter holder to dissolve any coffee residue. For optimal results, use COFFEE CLEAN pads. If water still doesn't flow uniformly, contact an authorized service center. Also, ensure you're not using coffee that's ground too finely or tamping it excessively; try using coarser coffee blends and tamping with less pressure. Additionally, make sure the tank is properly inserted and has enough water.

  Coffee overflowing from the edges of the filter ring on your ARIETE Coffee Maker is likely due to putting too much ground coffee in the filter, preventing it from tightening correctly. Repeat the process with the right amount of coffee. Also, clean any coffee ground residues from the seal with a toothpick or sponge, and clean the filter holder with Ariete's COFFEE CLEAN pads. If it still overflows, clean the obstructed hole of the filter with a pin.

  If your ARIETE Coffee Maker is producing watery and cold coffee, it's likely because the coffee blend is ground too coarsely. Use a more finely ground blend to get a more concentrated and hotter coffee. The Thermocream® system should help ensure hot coffee with a rich cream, even with coarsely ground beans.

  If your ARIETE Coffee Maker isn't producing steam, the steam exit hole on the dispenser wand may be clogged. Try using a pin to unclog the wand. Also, make sure there's enough water in the tank.

  If your ARIETE Coffee Maker isn't supplying boiling water, air has likely entered the circuit and deactivated the pump. Make sure the tank is properly inserted and that the water is not below the minimum level. Repeat the operations described in the “Preliminary phases for use” paragraph.
