Ensure the water tank is correctly and securely fitted. Also, verify that the water level is adequate and refill if necessary. A faulty capsule could be the issue, so replace it. If the capsule is broken, clean the capsule holder with a sponge and insert a new one. Lastly, check and clean the capsule holder dispensing hole with a toothpick if it's clogged.
