installation (BridgeNet® BUS version)
(for versions 3318593 - 3318604 only)
Regarding the BridgeNet® BUS timer-
thermostat, the sending, receiving and
decoding of signals takes place through
the Bridge Net® BUS software, which
can be found inside the boiler and timer-
thermostat microprocessors.
INSTALLATION
- Fix the timer-thermostat base to the
wall in the chosen position, using the
screws supplied with the kit (Fig. 1)
- Insert the wires in the appropriate slot
and connect them to terminals A and C
(Fig. 2).
- Disconnect the boiler from the power
supply.
- Connect the timer-thermostat wires
to the BUS-Bridge Net terminal on the
boiler P.C.B. (Fig. 2).
- Power the boiler.
- Position the timer-thermostat onto the
base by inserting the two bulging ends
in their appropriate housings (Fig. 3).
- Turn the timer-thermostat downwards
and press it against the wall (Fig. 4).
NOTE:
In order to avoid interference problems,
when connecting the timer-thermostat
to the boiler, use a shielded cable or
twisted pair cable.
Connection through the BridgeNet®
BUS allows for eliminating the batter-
ies.
The timer-thermostat cannot be used in
conjunction with other BridgeNet® BUS
temperature control devices.
