ATTENTION
In split installations if the dierence in height between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit should be <4m, then the
installation of an appropriately sized oil trap is recommended to stop the oil ow from the compressor going back to
the condenser, as well as the return of the same to the compressor during the OFF phases. If the dierence in height
between the units should instead be> 4m, then it is recommended to install a trap every 4m of elevation.
