BELT ADJUSTMENT GUIDE
5. Ensuring the Belt is Centered
• Continue with the 1/4 turn adjustments as needed until the belt is perfectly centered.
6. Addressing a Slipping Belt:
• If the belt slips while in use, first ensure your safety by turning off and unplugging the treadmill.
• Using the Allen Wrench, adjust both the left and right rear roller bolts 1/4 turn clockwise. You can
do 1 and then the other you don’t have to do them simultaneously.
• Power the treadmill back on and set it to 3-4 km/h.
• Test the belt by walking or running on it to see if it still slips.
• If slipping persists, repeat the procedure until the belt is stable.
• A slipping belt might also be a symptom of a lack of lubrication. Follow our guide on how to
lubricate your treadmill to find out more.
Regular maintenance and adjustments ensure the longevity of your treadmill and provides a
