Why is my Aspes AG4600X Cooktop flame going out during use?
    • E
      Edward HuertaAug 11, 2025
The flame might be going out because the flame supervision device is contaminated, or the product being cooked has boiled over and extinguished the flame, or a strong draught may have blown the flame out. Clean the flame supervision device. If food boiled over, turn off the burner knob, wait one minute, and reignite the zone. If there's a draught, turn off the zone and check the cooking area for draughts, such as open windows, wait one minute, and reignite the zone.

Why is my Aspes AG4600X badly ignited?
    • S
      Scott EllisAug 15, 2025
Your Aspes Cooktop might be igniting poorly because the gas supply isn't fully open, the burner lid is badly assembled, the ignition plug is contaminated, the burners are wet, or the holes in the flame spreader are clogged. Open the gas supply completely, assemble the lid correctly, wipe any alien substance from the ignition plug with a dry cloth, carefully dry the burner lids, or clean the flame spreader.
