Infotainment System
Messages
The connected mobile phone must support Message Access
Profile (MAP) to be able to access text and email messages. This
may have to confirmed separately for some devices when paired
to the vehicle.
Messages will be shown by sender in the message window. Select
a conversation to open the message history with that contact.
Conversations with unread messages will be highlighted, and the
total number of unread messages will be shown in the icon.
In the message conversation window you can see the previous
conversation history. At the bottom of the screen are a number of
preset text responses, and the option to create custom text
responses.
If 'Add Custom Response' is selected, a text entry window will be
opened where a custom message can be used to for future
responses to messages and rejected phone calls.
