6.3. CLEANING THE PRE-FILTER OF THE PUMP
It is advisable to periodically check the condition of the pre-filter of the pump to ensure that it does not become blocked. If there is
accumulated dirt, it must be opened and cleaned.
To clean the pre-filter, proceed as follows:
• Place the pump switch in the OFF position (Fig. 21).
• Turn the pre-filter lid of the pump in an anti-clockwise direction until it is released, then remove the lid and the pre-filter basket to wash it.
• Place the basket back in its position. Place the lid seal properly and close it using the key.
6.4. MAINTENANCE OF THE LIGHT
CAUTION: Before handling the light, ensure that NO voltage is connected. To do this, disconnect the equipment from the electrical
supply.
To remove the light to the edge of the swimming pool, the ring trim should be removed with a screwdriver, through the four grooves of the
Ring trim (Fig. 28) (Pag. 55).
Remove the four screws 4,8x16 (nº. 11) (Fig. 29). Remove the light to the edge of the swimming pool.
Dismount the light by removing the nuts (nº. 15) which secure the ring trim (nº. 2) to the screen and strip unit (nº. 5)
in order to reach the lamp (Fig. 30) and (Fig. 31).
Pull the lamp (nº. 7) to separate it from the lamp holder (nº. 13) and connect the new one (Fig. 32 and 33).
IMPORTANT: To change the lamp, always use the cardboard protector and never touch the new lamp with bare hands.
Proceed to assemble the Light in the reverse of the process described with the help of a screwdriver.
Never tighten the cable.
CAUTION
• The new lamp must have the same characteristics as the one supplied with the light - 100 W 12 V halogen.
• To ensure complete water tightness, the seat of the light lens joint (nº. 4) should be cleaned or replaced if any notching or
permanent deformation is observed.
6.5. PREPARING THE EQUIPMENT FOR WINTER
It is recommended to prepare the equipment for winter or for a prolonged period when it is not in use. To do this, follow these steps:
• Place the pump switch in the OFF position (Fig. 21).
• Empty the filters, pump and water pipes.
CAUTION
• In the event that the swimming pool freezes, it is advisable to remove the front module from the swimming pool to avoid damage.

PROBLEM REASON SOLUTIONS
The equipment does not filter but the water
does circulate
A filter is operating without a cartridge
Check that all filters have a correctly installed
cartridge
The equipment does not circulate the water
No electrical power
Check the electrical connection and ensure that
electricity reaches the inlet
Motor protector is not properly adjusted
Check the pump consumption and adjust the
motor protector on the control pannel
The equipment circulates only a little water
The cartridge is dirty Clean the filter cartridges
Pre-filter of the pump or skimmer is blocked
Check the condition of the connectors and
suction pipe joints
Air entering the suction piping
Fill the swimming pool until the water covers half
the hinged gate of the skimmer
Water level of the swimming pool is insufficient
Check that the mains voltage matches the
voltage indicated on the motor plate
Incorrect voltage
Check that there are no components causing
abnormal pressure drops
Pressure drops in suction
The pump does not primes Air Intake
Check all pipe connections. Fill the pre-filter of
the water pump
The housing fills with water The drain of the box has not been installed. Install a drain to remove water from the box.
On emptying the swimming pool, the
filtration modules fills with water
The pump drains and waste drains are
connected together
Change the installation of the drains so that each
has its own drainage pipe
The lamp does not light up
Electrical power fault Check that it is properly connected
Blown lamp Change the lamp
Pneumatic pushbutton is disconnected
Check that the pushbutton tube is correctly
connected
