      If the pH level in your Astralpool Control Unit pool is rising above the set level, consider the following: * Ensure the acid drum isn’t empty. * Verify the tube going into the acid drum reaches the bottom. * Check for leaks when the filter pump is running. * Confirm the acid pump rotates during manual dosing. * Look for leaks during manual dosing. * Manually dose acid and recheck the pH. * Ensure the acid injection point isn’t blocked.

      If the acid pump on your Astralpool Control Unit doesn’t seem to rotate, keep in mind that in automatic mode, it only activates when needed, potentially for as little as 3 seconds every 12 minutes. To check its rotation, use the manual dose option in the maintenance menu.

      If water returns to the chemical drum of your Astralpool Control Unit, check for damage to the squeeze tube and splitting in the white rigid tube inside the acid drum. Also, make sure the non-return valve is correctly installed or replace it if faulty.
