ANSWERING SYSTEM OPERATION
Audible Indicators
This system gives you voice prompts for feature
operations and voice confirmations when you press a
button or complete an operation.
Turn Answering System On/Off
Press O to turn the system on or off. When
the system is turned on, you will hear “Machine on”
and the ON/OFF light will be lit.
If you turn the system on, it works using the default
setting and pre-recorded outgoing announcements.
Set the Clock
1 Make sure the answering system is on.
2 Press t. The system announces the
clock setting, then announces “To change
clock, press t.”
3 Press t.
4 Press c until the system announces the
correct day, then press t.
5 Press c until the system announces the
correct hour, then press t.
6 Press c until the system announces the
correct minutes, then press t. The
system announces the current clock setting.

NOTE: You can press and hold c to
advance the minutes setting by tens.
