Delete Caller Specific Outgoing and Talking Caller ID Announcements
1 Make sure the phone is off ( is not
displayed).
2 Press U.
3 Use the softkey to select DIR.
4 Select ANS SYS.
5 To delete a Caller Specific Outgoing
Announcement,select OUTGOING

To delete a Talking Caller ID
Announcement,select LOCAL.
6 Select REVIEW. The screen displays the
first announcement.
7 Use < or > to display the
announcement you want to delete.
8 Select OPTIONS.
9 Press >.
10 Select DELETE. The announcement is
deleted,and the remaining
announcements are renumbered.
